Delaware County first responders rescued a man from a tree in Upper Chichester during Tuesday night’s rainstorm. They shared video of the daring rescue of the man, who was stranded after being surrounded by floodwaters. The county received nearly 2,000 emergency calls on Tuesday night, including 27 for water rescues. Source link

It's about to become a lot easier to cancel gym memberships in New Jersey

Beginning April 1, 2024, New Jersey gyms that offer online sign-ups also must allow people to terminate their memberships on their websites. The new law, signed Monday by Gov. Phil Murphy, aims to make it easier to terminate gym memberships. Many gyms currently require in-person cancellations. Source link
