A Montgomery County 7-Eleven sold a winning Mega Millions lottery ticket worth $1 million. The winner was one number short of the $1.337 billion prize, the third largest in history. The jackpot winning ticket was sold at Speedway convenience store in Des Plaines, Illinois.
