175 people arrested during $1.4 million drug bust in Kensington, police say

A three-day operation targeting open air drug markets in Kensington led to 175 arrests and the seizure of $1.4 million worth of illegal narcotics, including marijuana, heroin and fentanyl, Philadelphia police said. There also were 27 guns and $100,000 in cash seized.
