30 Prime, an upscale steakhouse, to open in old Coatesville bank building
The National Bank of Coatesville building, at 112 E. Lincoln Highway, is getting a new tenant – 30 Prime Chophouse & Seafood. Chef Phil Ferro, who owns Kings Tavern in Coatesville and Chadds Ford Tavern in Delaware County, is behind the project, which is part of a broader revitalization effort in the Chester County city. Coatesville has seen nearly $200 million in public and private investment in recent years.
