At least 20 people arrested as large crowds loot stores throughout Philly

Large groups of teenagers ransacked and looted stores in Center City and other Philadelphia neighborhoods on Tuesday night following a peaceful protest over the dismissal of charges against Mark Dial, the police officer that fatally shot Eddie Irizarry. Police said the crowds were ‘criminal opportunists’ who were not part of the protest.
