Bill Cosby sexual assault conviction won't be reinstated; U.S. Supreme Court declines to hear case

The U.S. Supreme Court will not review the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s decision to throw out Bill Cosby’s sexual assault conviction and release him from prison. The Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office filed an appeal in November for the high court to hear the case and reimplement Cosby’s sexual assault conviction.
