Center City adds 20 additional bike patrols as part of larger public safety plan

As Philly workers resume in-person work and return to offices around Center City and University City, the Center City District announced Monday that it will be adding 20 additional unarmed bike patrols around the area as part of the citywide Safety Matters initiative.
