An initiative to prioritize quality-of-life issues in divested neighborhoods throughout Philadelphia received a spotlight on Thursday. City Councilmember Jamie Gauthier unveiled the #JustServicesPHL campaign to provide repairs to underserved communities she says are often left behind.
