Craft-beer bar franchise headed to Manayunk, but it won't be on Main Street

The Brass Tap, a craft beer bar chain with 42 locations in 14 states, plans to open a franchise in Manayunk in December 2023. The bar will be in the former Old Eagle Tavern building at 177 Markle St. It will offer 30 taps, including craft beers from the Philadelphia region 18 televisions playing sports, including rugby and soccer.
