Danelo Cavalcante's escape from Chester County Prison is an 'outrage,' DA says

During a press conference Thursday, state police said Danelo Cavalcante, who escaped Chester County Prison last week, has been spotted an eighth time. The latest sighting occurred near the vicinity of Longwood Gardens, where he was captured on camera earlier in the week. Chester County District Attorney Deb Ryan said Cavalcante will not return to Chester County Prison when he is caught.
