Booster Fuels, a startup which delivers gas directly to drivers on the road, is expanding into Philadelphia. Some of its biggest customers include Amazon, UPS and Imperfect Foods. On average, Booster’s customers are able to lower their fuel consumption by between 4% and 8%.
