Philadelphia police have charged a woman with three hit-and-runs that occurred Dec 26, 2022, including a fatal that killed a man crossing the street near Broad Street and Lehigh Avenue in North Philly. Neera Nicolas-Hudson, 32, is charged with murder and related offenses, Police allegedlty linked her to a blue Ford Mustang, found less than a mile away from the scene of the deadly crash near Broad Street and Lehigh Avenue in North Philly.
