Former New Jersey state trooper Nicolas Hogan, 28, received a sentence of two years of probation after pleading guilty to striking a woman who was handcuffed and in the back of a squad car in Upper Deerfield, Cumberland County. The incident took place in September of 2022, when the woman allegedly spat in the direction of another trooper. The woman has since filed a lawsuit related to the incident.
