Fanta Bility's family sues Sharon Hill police officers for 8-year-old's death

The family of 8-year-old Fanta Bility has filed a federal lawsuit accusing Sharon Hill police of “reckless” behavior after they opened fire outside a high school football stadium on August 27, killing the girl and wounding three others during crossfire with suspected drive-by gunmen. The lawsuit also contends that Sharon Hill borough failed to provide necessary training to police.
