Five people killed in Kingsessing mass shooting; two children injured

Five people were killed in Southwest Philadelphia Monday night, police say; two children, ages two and 13, were also injured. Police responded to gunshots in the Kingsessing area of the city at 8:30 p.m. A 40-year-old man wearing a bulletproof vest was apprehended on the 1600 block of South Frazier Street.
