Death of the Fox Brewing Co., a craft brewery in Gloucester County, has filed a lawsuit against New Jersey’s Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control. It challenges regulations that limit the number of events craft breweries can hold each year. The suit, filed by the Pacific Legal Foundation, alleges the ABC did not follow proper procedures before enacting the new limits.
