Gov. Tom Wolf named Leigh Chapman as the new Acting Secretary of the Commonwealth, replacing current Acting Secretary Veronica Degraffenreid. Chapman previously served as the executive director of Deliver My Vote, a nonprofit, non-partisan organization aimed at increasing voter participation.
