The Made in America Festival returns to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway over Labor Day weekend, with headliners including Tyler the Creator, Bad Bunny, Lil Uzi Vert, and Jazmine Sullivan. There will be major road closures and parking restrictions leading up to the city’s holiday weekend music festival.
