Jim’s South Street shared sketches of its rebuild on New Year’s Day. The cheesesteak shop has been closed since July 29, 2022, when a two-alarm fire ripped through the building, but it plans to reopen sometime in 2023. When it does, it will include a second-story addition that matches its Art Deco storefront.
