Kevin Hart's production company to turn 'Black Sands' comics into movie, TV show

Kevin Hart’s media company, Hartbeat Productions, has partnered with Black Sands Entertainment to adapt its content into animated films and television series. First up? “Black Sands: The Seven Kingdoms.” In January, Hart invested $500,000 into Black Sands Entertainment along with Mark Cuban while making an appearance on ABC’s “Shark Tank.” He now has an equity stake in the business.
