The National Labor Relations Board issued a complaint against Starbucks at two Philadelphia locations for unfair labor practices following an investigation into union-busting charges filed by Starbucks Workers United. NLRB is asking for written apologies and monetary damages for two workers who claim they were illegally fired for union participation.
