Maggiano's in Center City hit with $184K in labor violations

Maggiano’s Little Italy in Center City Philadelphia violated the Fair Labor Standards Act by failing to pay workers for pre-shift meetings. The U.S. Department of Labor has recovered back wages for 82 workers affected by the restaurant’s practices.
