Man arrested in sexual assault on SEPTA's Market-Frankford Line, police say

A man has been arrested in connection with the alleged sexual assault of a woman aboard SEPTA’s Market-Frankford Line on Wednesday, Oct. 13. According to investigators, multiple witnesses saw the incident unfold but failed to intervene until a SEPTA employee called 911 to report the crime. The suspect, identified as 35-year-old Fiston Ngoy, was arrested at 69th Street Transportation Center. Upper Darby police are leading the investigation.
