Man charged with murder after South Jersey mom's body found on side of highway in Bayonne

Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office charged 35-year-old Gregory Mallard with murder for the death of South Jersey mom Norelis Mendoza. Mendoza, who was reported missing on Mother’s Day dead body was found on Wednesday in Bayonne on the side of the highway.
