Man fatally shot outside Upper Darby mosque during attempted carjacking

Police are investigating the fatal shooting a 65-year-old man outside the Masjid Al Madinah Islamic Center in Upper Darby, Delaware County on Sunday night. Police say the man was shot in the chest by someone trying to steal his car. It is not being investigated as a hate crime.
