Man shot after argument with driver on busy Center City street, police say

A 41-year-old man was shot in the abdomen after he got into an argument with two men inside a slow-moving vehicle near the Shake Shack on the corner of 20th and Sansom streets in Center City. Authorities drove him to Jefferson University Hospital where he underwent surgery. They haven’t yet released a description of the vehicle and believe the shooter may have a gun permit
