Mother, son killed in Chester County double homicide; gunman took his own life, police say

A woman, 53, and her son, 22, were fatally shot at a residence in the Lincoln University section of Lower Oxford Township earlier this week, Chester County prosecutors said. Investigators believe the victims were killed by Timothy Harris, 41,who later took his own life in a separate incident in Kennet Township, according to police. The incidents remain under investigation.
