N.J. lawmaker considers amending state's single-use bag ban amid residents' grow piles of reusable bags



One New Jersey lawmaker who supported the state’s law banning single-use plastic and paper bags, says it may be necessary to reconsider the ban on paper bags in some instances. This is because customers of grocery delivery services are being inundated new reusable bags each time they receive a delivery. New Jersey’s single-use bag ban took effect in April.
