New Drexel institute will let business students invest in real estate

Drexel’s new Wilbur C. Henderson Real Estate Institute, to open within the school’s business college next year, will set up a fund to allow students to co-invest with the university on development projects. The institute will also set up a fund for kickstarter projects and allow students to participate in property management plans.
