New Jersey bills aim to repeal new brewery restrictions following outrage from owners



In response to new regulations placed on craft breweries in New Jersey, state lawmakers introduced two bills aimed at rolling back or eliminating many of them. The measures were implemented by the state’s Division of Alcohol and Beverage Control and went into effect on July 1. Brewers from around the state voiced their opposition and said the restrictions would negatively impact business.
