Stacy Hayes, 55, was sentenced to at least 35 years in prison on Wednesday for the 2021 shooting at Jefferson Hospital that killed 43-year-old Anrae James. Hayes plead guilty to third-degree murder, attempted murder, assault on law enforcement and other related charges.
