The parents of a Pennsylvania whose hair got caught in a Chuck E. Cheese’s ticket machine have sued the Bucks County company that manufactured the equipment. The incident happened at the restaurant in Wilkes-Barre in 2019. The lawsuit names Chalfont-based Deltronic Labs as the defendant and seeks punitive damages. The girl’s frightening experience in Pennsylvania is one of several similar incidents that have happened at Chuck E. Cheese’s locations in the United States in recent years.
