Penn Entertainment has agreed to sell 100% of Barstool Sports back to Dave Portnoy to make way for a new partnership with ESPN. The casino and racetrack operator will pay the sports entertainment company $1.5 billion over 10 years in a deal that will rebrand its sportsbook as ESPN Bet.
