Monica White, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, began dating Anthony Eugene Robinson in 2020 when they met through an online dating site. After a tumultuous relationship, she found out months later that police were calling Robinson a serial killer, dubbed the “Shopping Cart Killer” for how he disposed of his victims.
