Philadelphia awarded an $8 million federal grant to develop programs geared towards ending young adult homelessness



The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development awarded Philadelphia an $8.78 million grant to develop programming to end youth homelessness. The grant will allow the city to create pilot programs geared towards 18-24 year-olds struggling to find stable residences.
