Philadelphia Museum of Art workers unionized 2 years ago, but they're still fighting for a contract



Workers with the Philadelphia Museum of Art voted in a landslide to unionize in August 2020. Nearly two years later, the union is still working to secure its first contract with senior management at the beloved institution. The union, AFSCME Local 397, is fighting for job security, guaranteed pay increases, paid family leave and more affordable health care.
