Philly is the third-most expensive place to park your car longterm, report says

Philadelphia’s average monthly parking rate of $250 is the third-most expensive in the U.S. Only New York City and San Francisco have higher rates, according to a report by mobility services company Finn. Prior research shows Market Street West and Penn Center are the priciest neighborhoods to park in.
