U.S. Marshals arrested a 25-year-old Philadelphia man on Thursday morning for the death of a 2-year-old Berks County boy. Charles Acosta was watching his girlfriend’s children on May 4 when one was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, the Bucks County DA’s office said.
