Philly police detective under investigation for allegedly attending pro-Trump rally in D.C.

A Philadelphia police detective is under investigation by the department’s Internal Affairs Division after allegedly attending a rally for President Donald Trump in Washington, D.C., last Wednesday, which ultimately turned into a deadly riot at the U.S. Capitol. The detective, named Jennifer Gugger, has since been reassigned within the police department until the investigation is complete, authorities said.
