Philadelphia police officers fatally shot a man who opened fire on officers responding to a domestic dispute in Rhawnhurst on Monday night. Three officers were struck by gunfire and hospitalized with non-fatal injuries. The man had shot a family member during a dispute over a video game, investigators said.
