Philadelphia police are searching for a man they say is responsible for multiple sexual assaults across the city this year. Surveillance video shows the alleged suspect wearing a black and green puff jacket and black Adidas sweatpants on a SEPTA Broad Street Line train after an attack on Tuesday near Temple University.
