Philly Pops claims the Philadelphia Orchestra used the Pops' email list to promote its own concerts

The Philly Pops has claimed the Philadelphia Orchestra and Kimmel Center has used unlawful tactics to drive the ensemble out of business. Among the allegations: POKC used the Pops’ email list to promote its own concerts. The Philly Orchestra, which has asked for the antitrust lawsuit be dismissed, has said it was authorized to access the list and denied using it to market its 2023-24 concerts.
