Philly's airport ranks worst in customer satisfaction for third straight year
Philadelphia International Airport was ranked the worst large airport in North America for the third straight year by J.D. Power’s annual traveler satisfaction survey. Although PHL’s score improved this year, the state of the airport’s terminals and other infrastructure continue to keep it at the bottom of the rankings. PHL CEO Atif Saeed said upgrades to terminals and other public areas are top priorities to improve the travel experience.
