A prisoner at the Philadelphia Industrial Correctional Center will be charged for allegedly helping two prisoners escape last Sunday. Jose Alberto Flores-Huerta, 35, is in jail and. charged with murder in the 2021 beating death of a man outside Pat’s King of Steaks. Flores-Huerta will face additional charges, including conspiracy and escape.
