Recreation center employee killed after being struck by stray bullet in West Philadelphia

Tiffany Fletcher, 41, an employee at Mill Creek Playground in West Philadelphia, was fatally shot on Friday afternoon after being caught in the crossfire of a nearby gun battle, police said. The gun has been recovered, and a 14-year-old boy is in custody. The city of Philadelphia is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
