School District of Philadelphia to relocate Building 21 students following asbestos exposure

School District of Philadelphia will relocate Building 21 students after an asbestos outbreak was exposed. Starting Monday, March 6, students and staff will report to Strawberry Mansion High School while the situation is remedied. Building 21 will operate on the 4th floor of the school, where they will have 19 classrooms and seven smaller rooms, including an area for office staff and lunch space.
