SEPTA to close trolley tunnel for annual maintenance, station improvements

SEPTA’s trolley tunnel will close for 16 days from July 8-25 for the annual Trolley Tunnel Blitz, which allows the transportation agency to complete maintenance, construction, and station improvements to reduce shutoffs and delays the rest of the year. Passengers can board the Market-Frankford Line at 40th Street Station to travel to and from Center City for the duration of the project.
