Seven shot, one killed at block party Saturday morning, police say

Seven people were shot near the 500 block of Creighton Street in West Philadelphia early Saturday morning, police said. A 19-year-old man was killed, and the six surviving victims were taken to the hospital. There were at least 38 shell casings on the scene.
