Six SEPTA bus routes now offer designated stroller parking areas
SEPTA, the public transportation authority in Philadelphia, is introducing designated Stroller Spots on 120 buses servicing routes 23, 25, 32, 49, 58, and 84. These buses will have clear signage indicating the presence of stroller areas both inside and outside the vehicle. The Stroller Spots are designed to accommodate open strollers that are up to 26 inches wide and 36 inches long. All of the special buses with Stroller Spots will be operational by the end of April, providing parents and caregivers with a designated space to safely secure their strollers while traveling on public transportation.
