Speed camera program to begin on I-95 in Wilmington

Delaware’s Electronic Speed Safety Program on I-95 in Wilmington will be phased in beginning Monday, Jan. 17 in the work zone covering the “Restore the Corridor” project, the department of transportation said. The program, which will Violation warnings and notices with fines will be mailed to motorists after the first 30 days of the program. Crashes have increased significantly along this stretch of I-95 in Wilmington in the last two years.
